Initial Design Package
With our concepts package you can visualise your new home or business in 3 simple steps.....
Step 1: Home / Business Consultation
We will visit your home to gain a clear understanding of how you currently utilise the space and what changes you envision. During this visit, he will take accurate measurements of the specific area* you plan to transform.
Step 2: Creative Home / Business Design
Prioritising light, space, and storage, We will craft 2-3 personalised 3D design concepts that reflect your unique requirements. These concepts are paired with inspiration visuals to help you imagine the possibilities.
Step 3: Concept Presentation
Harry will present the design concepts to you, including detailed floor plans with measurements, 3D views & building budget costs. This comprehensive approach equips you with all the tools to confidently move forward with your project.

1. Architectural Design
We begin with a home visit and full measured survey of your property. You’ll receive:
- Two tailored architectural design layout options
- Stunning 3D visualisations
- Initial budget estimates
All based on your goals, preferred build style, and opportunities for energy efficiency upgrades.
2. Planning Application & Support
If your project needs planning permission, we’ll take care of it. We:
- Act as your planning agent
- Prepare all necessary drawings and documentation
- Submit and manage the entire planning application process on your behalf
3. Construction Drawings & Tender Package
Once planning is approved, we prepare everything you need to build:
- Detailed construction and structural engineering drawings
- Full specifications suitable for contractor pricing, compliance, and tendering
4. Project Management
Ready to build? We’ll manage the full construction process for you:
- Appointing our trusted registered builders
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
