The Planning Application Support Package for home extensions from Projects Direct provides comprehensive support for clients navigating the planning process. With services including site surveys, initial drawings, full documentation preparation, and application submission and tracking, this package ensures a smooth experience with expert guidance at every step.
What’s Included in Our Planning Application Package
- Comprehensive Drawing Set Preparation
Creation of a detailed drawing set, including existing and proposed site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and contiguous elevations to fully illustrate your project. - Site Location Map
We arrange the purchase of the official Site Location Map from Ordnance Survey Ireland (map cost not included in package). - Planning Application Documentation
Preparation of all required documentation, including the planning application form, cover letter, and notices for newspaper and site display. - Newspaper Notice Arrangement
We prepare and lodge the required newspaper notice on your behalf. - Site Notice Preparation and Lamination
